Position Summary:
This person will be expected to drive and coordinate develop and deliver back-end assets for Hilton's mobile and web channels, including the following tasks: business rules changes in graph, couchbase data and index changes, writing unit tests, bug fixes, build plans, understanding/communicate downstream service dependencies, and other supportive functions within the technical stack as needed.

This person will be expected to collaborate with the digital product team members on targeted features and functions, offering technical guidance to help define requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives.

This position will be expected to establish solid partnerships within the IT organization to ensure cross-functional alignment, to ensure clear understanding of a feature requests. The candidate is also expected to help fill gaps throughout the development cycle to ensure we meet delivery expectations.

This position will follow the defined agile methodology delivering industry leading web, mobile enabling solutions with best in class quality and performance. This role should embrace and demonstrate the core development principles and practices and ensure these principles are followed throughout the team.

? Proven successful project experience on large scale projects management, especially backend service & API related project which needs cross functional communication and alignment
? Have seasoned understanding of the business and related industry, E.g. Banking, airlines, hotels and OTAs
? Demonstrates exceptional initiative, creativity and innovation skills
? Independently applies a variety of complex methods/skills with significant autonomy
? Develops novel, customized solutions
? Experience on software delivery corss multi-team, Works within other groups to develop methods for integrating their work into the project
? Solid technical background, good knowledge on node.js, nest.js, graphQL, docker, k8s, couch base, alicloud, AWS, etc.
? Identifies and communicates process/organizational improvements to increase overall organization effectiveness

? Minimum Education: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience
? Minimum Years of Experience: 5 - 10
? Years development Experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: 4
? Years Experience working with Node.js or Java: 2
? Years working collaboratively with other team members: 4
? Experience supporting sites on different browsers, operating systems, and devices
? Experience mentoring other technical team members
? Strong Communication and negotiation skills
? Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies
? Strong working knowledge of using Git as version control with a team
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across organization boundaries
? Ability to balance competing demands
? Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in diverse locations
