- Compile/Update/Report Market database of responsible applications to line mgrs. - Manage assigned accounts (Rolling 18 months Sales Forecast and business plan for following 2 years) - Report market trends; identify new potentials; coordinate product launch. - Manage and execute assigned customer interactions; provide interaction report/feedback; manage sales forecast. - Manage technical/commercial offering; negotiate / revise offering; close deal. - Manage and conduct value based selling. - Manage and collect customer survey; propose solution of unmet needs of customers. - Manage and collect payments. - Manage and handle feedback/claims from customers (QNS). - Manage and execute annual Sales KPIs (Sales; Margin; Trade Receivable;Credit; NWC etc.). - Manage and execute assigned projects - Report business status and proposals to line manager(s) in regular basis. - Leverage the resource / relationship / knowledge out of segment and region. - Actively participate BS/BU/ Corp. project(s). - Adapt Clariant Corporate Values
职位要求: - Bachelor degree or above; Technical, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Degree preferred. - At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in chemical industry; knowledge of catalyst product(s), styrene is preferred - Rich commercial and negotiation skills; Good communication skills of cross regions and cultures. - Balanced sense of commercial aspects, marketing and technology. Capacible in English communication.
