# Project Manager (International High-end Retail Stores)

**Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：**

Being part of the Project Team, he/she is responsible to:
隶属于项目管理队伍，主要职责如下：

1. Report directly to Senior Project Manager.
直接向项目高级项目经理汇报。

2. To attend meetings and coordinate with client's designer, project manager and consultants to understand their needs and provide professional services after discussion with directors.
出席会议，与客户的设计师、项目经理及顾问沟通了解所需，于总监商讨后提供专业服务。

3. Before and during construction, liaise with landlord, site foremen, workers, and sub-contractors to solve all on-site issues.
在工程进行时的前期及当时与业主、现场管工及工人、供应商及分包联络，以解決工地所有问题。

4. Coordinate with company's Design Team to prepare full set of design/working drawings including detailed construction drawings for client's/landlord's submission.
与公司的內部设计队伍联系及给予指示以制作/整理全图设计图及深化施工图予客戶/业主作审批。

5. To manage and complete projects on-time within specific timeframes.
监督整个项目以达到在指定的时间內把工程完成。

6. To control the cost and expense for projects.
控制工程的成本及支出。

**Requirements 任职要求：**

1. Experienced in team management, willing to lead and guide colleagues with less experience with patience. Applicants with retail store project experience is an advantage.
有领导团队的能力及经验，愿意耐心地领导及带领年资较浅的同事。具有品牌店铺项目经验者优先。

2. Diploma/Certificate in Interior Design/Architectural Studies or above.
室内设计、建筑学或相关专业大专或以上学历。

3. Minimum 5 years post qualification experience with working experience in interior fit-out project management. Familiar with construction techniques & material employment.
五年以上室内装饰项目管理经验，熟悉室内装饰材料及施工工艺。

4. On-site follow-up for retail store projects experience. Willingness to business travel within or outside PRC and work over-time.
需具有跟进现场零售店项目经验，愿意经到国内/国外出差及超时工作。

5. Proficiency in Mandarin and good written and oral English as well as communication and presentation skills.
普通话流利，良好的英语书写口语能力及沟通表达能力。

6. Applicants with foreign retail store project experience is an advantage.
具有外国零售店铺项目经验优先考虑。

7. Able to produce freehand sketches. Good knowledge of Project, AUTOCAD and major office software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project.
能熟练操作Microsoft Office 软件，AUTOCAD 软件，Project 软件及拥有一定三维设计技巧。

8. Strong budget management skills with experience in cost estimation and vendor negotiation.
具备预算管理能力，有成本估算和供应商谈判经验。

9. Knowledge of local building codes and retail construction standards.
熟悉当地建筑法规和零售建设标准。

10. Experience with sustainable building practices and green building certifications is a plus.
具有可持续建筑实践和绿色建筑认证经验者优先。

11. Proven track record of successful project delivery with high-end retail brands.
有高端零售品牌项目成功交付的良好记录。

12. Crisis management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
具备危机管理能力，能在压力下工作以满足紧急截止日期。

13. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Project Executive.
未附合以上经验要求者有机会被安排为项目专员。
