What you will be doing on any given day
- Work closely with the China Strategy Director and VP of Regional Strategy & Insight, develop comprehensive strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- With the support of your full project teams (4-6 executives & analysts), you will carry out diverse projects and tasks for internationally renowned brands.
- Lead the market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and challenges by using advanced techniques & multiple sources.
- Help to build, formulate communication directions & media strategies to inspire activation team, and present strategic recommendations to our clients.
- Develop new business pitches and proposals to win new clients and projects.
- Support on creating playbooks & white papers that showcase the company's thought leadership and industry knowledge.
- Act as a role model and a leader to guide your team to grow.

We are looking for someone with
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in media strategy / digital planning / marketing / growth planning / consulting / business development or related field.
- Savvy in China digital ecosystem and have experience in digital strategy, online media, social media, e-commerce, and big data.
- Strong capability in strategizing business needs and translating them into digital roadmaps.
- Strong logical thinking, great attention to both details and big pictures.
- Good team player & solution seeker, have can do attitude and positive mindset.
- Strong project & time management skills to manage complex tasks.
- Strong team management skills to motivate & guide the team toward success.
- Have a strong presence and presentation skills, and comfortable talking to clients in both Chinese & English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
