工作职责: (1)开发基于大肠杆菌、酵母等模式生物底盘细胞的基因表达元件、蛋白表达系统,以及相关微生物代谢工程改造、重组蛋白设计等工作,有其他生物底盘细胞开发经验的更优; (2)新菌种开发和优化,包括提高产量、提高底物转化率、提高菌种生产性能等 (3)创建针对微生物菌株开发的标准化基因编辑工具及流程(SOP); (4)分子克隆、蛋白/酶的表达载体构建、蛋白/酶的表达和纯化、活性检测等工作; (5)对分子生物学、底盘细胞的基因编辑等相关实验设备和检测仪器的日常事务管理、维护保养,定期做好工作区域的卫生清洁工作; (6)及时完成实验报告的撰写,并参与结果分析和讨论; (7)参与生物技术相关知识和技能的学习、积累和传承工作; (8)参与项目申报材料和专利交底书的撰写; (9)完成上级领导交办的其他任务。 任职要求: (1)合成生物学、基因编辑或酶工程、分子生物学、微生物学、生物工程、生物化工、生物技术等相关专业,硕士及以上学历,有三年以上相关工作经验者优先; (2)具有合成生物学的工程化设计理念,熟练掌握常用底盘微生物的基因编辑技术; (3)熟悉原核、真核微生物等各种表达系统,了解表达系统特点与蛋白表达的细胞代谢特性; (4)具备较好的科研能力和素养,具有较强的文献搜索及英文读写能力; (5)工作积极主动、擅长团队合作、有集体荣誉感,具有强烈责任心,工作积极主动,善于沟通,具有团队协作精神,可值夜班; (6)动手能力强,可熟练操作常用实验仪器设备,能熟练使用Office系列办公软件。 Job Title:Senior Research and Development Scientist of Strain Operating duty: (1) Develop gene expression elements and protein expression systems based on the chassis cells of model organism such as Escherichia coli and yeast, as well as related microbial metabolic engineering transformation, recombinant protein design and other work. Job requirements: (1) Master degree or above in synthetic biology, genome editing or Enzyme engineering, molecular biology, microbiology, bioengineering, biochemical engineering, biotechnology and other related majors, with more than three years of related work experience preferred; (2) Have the engineering design concept of synthetic biology, and master the genome editing technology of commonly used chassis microorganisms; (3) Familiar with various expression systems such as prokaryotic and eukaryotic microorganisms, understanding the characteristics of expression systems and the cellular metabolic characteristics of protein expression; (4) Possess good scientific research ability and literacy, strong literature search and English reading and writing skills; (5) Proactive in work, good at teamwork, with a sense of collective honor, strong sense of responsibility, proactive in work, good at communication, with a spirit of teamwork, and able to work night shifts; (6) Strong hands-on ability, proficient in operating commonly used experimental instruments and equipment, and proficient in using Office series office software.
