Job Purpose & Scope 岗位设置目的和职责范围：
Work closely with production & demand planning team, warehouse and international procurement team to ensure materials purchased supply to production on time.Responsible for material purchase planning, day to day purchase analysis, process purchase order to suppliers and keep close monitoring of purchased material delivery to factory warehouse or external warehouse

Key Responsibilities 主要职责：

* Support company to achieve PPV target
* Work closely with IPT on backup volume purchase if there is any material quality from supplier failed to comply company quality criteria & standard
* Check and analyze MRP result daily
* Meet stock turnover periodically and year-end target
* Send rolling 12 weeks forecasted materials to supplier every Friday. (1st 4 weeks firm + 8 weeks reference)
* Communicate closely with suppliers regarding on time delivery of material purchased to prevent schedule change due to material shortage or serious delay
No of purchase delivery arrive factory on time = 98%
* Remind procurement team to obtain supplier quality & trading certification before process purchase order
* Ensure good record of suppliers certification

Job Specification岗位要求：

* A recognized collage, or university degree preference in Purchasing, Business, International trade, or equivalent combination of education and proven capability in related area.
* At least 5 years of professional purchasing or material planning experience in a food manufacturing or dynamic business environment.
* In-depth experience in multilateral communication by oral and written, purchase planning process and general purchasing experience
* Master knowledge of market and cost analysis and is a team player member.
* Strong communication & co-ordination skill, high integrity, self-confidence, simplicity and committed to work & deadline
* Result oriented, work under pressure, open mind to embrace the change
