工作职责: 职责描述Responsibilities : 1. 参加和组织地区性的会议和研讨 Attend and organize regional meetings and conferences 2. 负责销售渠道和机会的研究挖掘 Quality Sales Leads Generation and Research 3. 负责客户关系维护和管理 CRM management 4. 负责KOL的挖掘,建立并维护良好的关系,根据业务需求制定相关KOL发展战略 KOL discovery and recommendation, relationship build-up and maintenance, and formulate relevant KOL development strategies according to business requirements 5. 终端用户的开发 End-users development 6. 负责市场定价、订单签订、招投标及大项目跟踪,督促回款,同时也负责所在市场信息情报收集 Responsible for market pricing, order signing, bidding and big project tracking, payment collection, market information collection, etc
任职资格: 任职资格Job requirements: 1. 本科以上学历 A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or above 2. 基本的医学知识和文化水平,有临床医学背景者优先 Basic medical knowledge and literacy, clinical medicine background is preferred 3. 至少2年以上的海外销售工作经验 Minimum of 2 years of outside, business to business sales experience highly preferred 4. 工作语言可以使用英语,具备二外或小语种更好 English can be used as the working language, minor languages are preferred 5. 能够适应频繁的国际商务旅行 Can adapt to frequent international business trips 6. 根据工作需要,晚上和周末可能会有工作安排 Working in the evening and weekends as needed 7. 熟悉国际贸易流程和国际市场上的相关医疗政策、法规、公约和惯例 Familiar with international trade process and relevant medical policies, regulations, conventions and practices in international market;
