职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Daily business reception for domestic and foreign customers' calling and visiting
2. Domestic and international express delivery, registration, and import and export customs declaration
3. Procurement, distribution, and storage of office supplies
4. Management of office environment and maintenance of office facilities, including monitoring and managing the operation of company network equipment, office computers, servers and security systems, remote monitoring systems, and other related management work such as abnormal warning and information security
5. Arrange and coordinate employee business trips and trips, including booking air tickets, hotels, vehicles, etc
6. Collect employee reimbursement and procurement requests, keep them in custody, and submit them to the finance department for review on a monthly basis
7. Assist in arranging meetings, daily arrangements, exhibition activities, company team building, and training activities
8. Supervise and implement the company's various systems and processes to ensure the orderly progress of the company's work
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Administrative, secretarial, or IT related work experience is preferred
3. Proficient in using various office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
4. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively handle internal and external communication
5. Possess a high sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to work independently and complete tasks on time and with high quality
6. Fluent in English reading and writing is preferred
7. Working Location: Shanghai x 1 + Changzhou x 1
职位信息:
1. 国内外客户的日常电话咨询与商务接待
2. 国内外快递包裹收发,登记,与进出口报关
3. 办公用品的采购、发放和保管
4. 办公环境管理和办公设施的维护;包括公司网络设备、办公电脑、服务器及安全系统、远程监控系统等运行监控与管理,做好异常预警、信息安全等相关管理工作
5. 安排和协调员工的出差和差旅,包括预订机票、酒店、车辆等
6. 收集员工报销与采购申请、保管并每月上交财务部门审核
7. 协助安排会议、日常安排、展会活动,公司团建,以及培训活动等
8. 监督和执行公司的各项制度和流程的执行,确保公司的各项工作有序进行
岗位要求:
1. 大学专科及以上
2. 有行政、文秘和IT相关工作经验者优先
3. 熟练运用各种办公软件,包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等
4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够有效地处理内外沟通
5. 具有较高的责任心和执行力,能够独立工作并按时高质量完成任务
6. 英文读写流利者优先
7. 工作地点: 上海办公室1人 + 常州办公室1人
