Function Description
Oversees and managesall accounting activities for F&S North Asia distribution business, financial reporting and controls. Executes on key Controllership objectives while supporting the Mission & Vision of Carrier Corporation Finance. Reports to the Manager of Asia Transformation, M&A, North & South Asia distribution businesses.

Discipline Description
Key business partner to ensure accountingis performed in accordance with US GAAP, Local GAAP and Carrier policies. Manage all accounting and reporting activities for F&S North AsiaDistribution business.This role will have oversight of closing activities, reconciliations, statutory reporting, support of tax reporting and management of third-party activities. As a key business partner to the North Asia Finance Manager, this role will engage in key projects and strategic initiatives while managing complex activities.

Organizational Level Description
?Develop, report, oversee and ensure standard accounting practices for F&S Segment, including technical research
?Responsible for the management and oversight of accounting activities for North Asia Distribution
?Ability to communicate and influence key internal and external business partners for Controllership activities

Purpose
Develops and manages the standardization of accounting requirements in accordance with US GAAP, Local GAAP and Carrier Policies. Executes accounting and control objectives, oversees control activities and reporting, owns the balance sheet analysis and analytics, and oversees third-party activities to include reconciliations and general accounting activities. Engages in complex accounting activities to provide guidance and correct reporting requirements and is a key business partner to Business Unit Leadership.
