3，根据销售和商务的要求，解答客户需求，为客户提供项目方案；

4，重大质量问题整改工作及产品提升工作;

5，技术标准转化、编制及完善;

Engineer Responsibilities

1. Structural design, establishment and maintenance of drawings and BOM;
2. Optimization and improvement of the product and structure of the subrack in the factory;

3. According to the requirements of sales and business, answer customers' needs and provide customers with project plans;

4. Rectification of major quality problems and product improvement;
5. Transformation, compilation and improvement of technical standards;



任职资格qualifications

1，机械设计相关专业，电子机械专业优先；

2，熟悉19英寸标准，有19英寸机箱机柜从业经验优先；

3，2年以上机械设计经验，有通信外壳/机架相关工作经验。

4，有EMC/热管理知识，有噪音管理和振动管理经验者优先;

5，熟悉钣金生产工艺或铝挤出加工经验者优先。

6，具有较强的创新能力和分析能力

7，了解系统产品(CPCI, VME, VPX)

1. Major in mechanical design, electronic machinery is preferred;

2. Familiar with 19 inch standard, 19 inch cabinet experience is preferred;

3. At least 2 years of mechanical design experience, working experience in communication enclosure / subrack.

4. Knowledge of EMC / thermal management, experience in noise management and Vibration management is preferred;

5. Familiar with sheet metal production process or aluminum extrusion experience is preferred.

6. Strong innovation and analysis ability

7. Understand system products (CPCI, VME, VPX)
