Maintenance and Repair 维护和修理
？ Support workshop manager to make and develop the detail quality evaluation criterion. 支持车间经理制定和改进质量评估依据具体规定。
？ Set up relevant maintenance procedure and guideline, include preventive and predictive maintenance procedure and follow up the execution. 设立相关的维修程序，包括预防性的维护程序，指导并跟踪执行情况
？ Responsible for the improvement of repair skills, solving of serious problem and technical training, instruction for subordinates. 负责维修技能的提高，处理重大问题和技术培训，指导下属工作。
？ Leading all the maintenance work that related to compressor, refrigerator etc. machinery and rotating equipment. 领导与压缩机、冷冻机等机械和运转设备相关的所有维修工作。
？ Responsible for all the repair work of rotating equipment. 负责运转设备的所有维修工作。
？ Responsible for supervising contractor's service. 负责承包商服务性工作的监督
？ Maintain all maintenance and repairing records, participate in monthly report to analyze the results of execution, and recommend improvement approach. 保留所有维护和维修记录，参加月度汇报，分析执行结果，提出改进措施
？ Collaborate with CC/warehouse to maintain the proper spare inventory of rotating equipment. 和CC/仓库合作保留运转设备的备用量。
任职要求:
Requirements for the position职位要求:
？ Bachelor degree in chemical process equipment or mechanical design & manufacturing学士学位及以上，化工过程机械或机械设计制造专业
？ 8+ years mechanical management experience in petrochemical/Chemical plants, specializing in rotating machine and PSV,PP 8年以上石油化工行业机械维修管理经验，特别是动设备维修经验和压力容器与压力管道维护管理经验
？ Solid mechanical knowledge in rotating/static equipment; Very good understanding for chemical process pumps, chillers, roots blowers, centrifugal compressors, pressure vessel and pressure pipe maintenance management etc. 对动、静设备的维护有深入的理解，如化工过程泵、冷冻机，罗茨风机、离心压缩机，以及压力容器与管道的定期维护管理等
？ Fluent in both oral and writing能熟练运用英语进行交流，包括口语与书写
？ Communicate effectively有效的沟通能力与技巧
？ Drive sustainable solutions能够推动持续性的解决方案
