岗位职责:
Main Task：
Production & quality management 生产和质量管理
? Operate the machines, equipment and other plant hardware in compliance with the operation manuals and the instructions from the shift supervisor/board operator 按照倒班班长/内部操作员提供的操作手册和操作说明对装置的机械、设备及其它硬件进行操作；
? Make regular inspection tours 定时巡检
? Take samples and makes analysis according to the analysis schedule 取样并按分析表进行分析
? Take action on off-standard conditions in cooperation with the board operators 配合内部操作员对非正常状况采取措施
? Cooperate with board operator in CCR 配合中央控制室内部操作员的工作
? Participate in logistics operations if required 如有要求，参与物流方面的操作
? Make an accurate hand-over to the next shift 向下一班次进行准确无误的交班
Maintenance and repairing维修
? Monitor carefully the working status of machines, equipment, etc. and report abnormalities to the Shift Supervisor 认真监控机械设备等的工作状况并向倒班班长汇报异常情况
? Equipment cleaning and hand over for maintenance, supervision & assistance for site maintenance to ensure safe working environment 设备清洗并移交进行现场的维护、查看和协助，确保安全的工作环境
? Carry out minor maintenance activities 实施日常保养
Ad hoc task as and when required. 必要时承担特殊任务。
任职要求:
Requirements 要求 ：
化工相关专业中技及以上学历；
化工专业本科学历优先；
有两年以上化工生产操作经验优先；
有DCS操作经验者优先；
具有规范、良好的化工操作习惯，较强的化工生产安全意识和行为规范。
