本职位隶属于泰科电子汽车事业部下的销售部门,需要对口汽车行业中的客户,工作重点是根据客户要求的时间,协调公司内部资源确保货物准时送达客户端。 1) 订单录入 及时到客户网站上下载订单和预测,整理后导入SAP系统。需要根据系统提示的问题,协调客户,销售,计划解决问题,确保订单和预测的正确性。 2) 跟踪料况,确保及时发货 1.根据客户的需求,协调内部计划员及时追货,入库,协调仓库及时发货,跟踪货物送达客户端。包括客户的新项目样品件、量产件及售后件需求。 2.了解VMI/CMI的操作流程,定期跟踪VMI/CMI的库存水位,及时补货;并跟踪管理客户已消耗但未开票的数量,以及已收货但未消耗的库存。 3) 每月管控货款 针对客户没有及时支付的过期货款,需要催促客户付款,协助销售达到每月指标。 4) 质量问题处理 利用SAP系统,对公司内部已经确定的质量问题进行退换货或者退货退款的安排。 5) 客户特殊要求 1. 了解客户发货时的要求,如标签、送货单、周转包材等,提前做好WI给到仓库。 2. 每月根据客户提供的结算单进行对账,并通知财务开票。 6) 其他 1. 协助销售进行价格申请及调整 2. 相关paper work的操作,如新建账户,FOC,CR&DR/Rebate/Cost claim等 职位要求: 1) 大学本科,英语四级,有工作环境中的商务英语读写能力 2) 有相关跟单或计划经验两年以上 3) 有较强的协调,沟通,抗压能力 4) 有SAP系统使用经验 5) 掌握MS Office (e.g. Excel) 基本技能 1.
