Job duties 1.Ensure product are evaluated, tested and approved (sealed) in accordance with Kmart standard and mandatory requirements. 2.Ensure that full factory audit and approval on potential suppliers is carried out in accordance with Kmart policy with corrective action plan in place. 3.Ensure that all relevant inspection criteria (checklist, specification, QA report etc.) and sealed sample are made available to the QC inspectors prior to production and inspection. 4.Ensure customer compliant and supplier issues are managed and resolved with the supplier. 5.Ad. hoc project as assigned by Management
Requirements -College graduate. -Min. 3 years of related QA working experience and knowledge for hard goods, better to have background for Laundry & Storage in retail business, 3rd party, buying office, trading Office, or factory -Experience in buying office will be a plus -Strong technical and testing knowledge and skills -Strong communication skills & good at problem solving -Proficiency in both written / spoken English -Understanding of Australian market will be a plus
