ABOUT JCDECAUX ONEWORLD JCDecaux OneWorld is a corporate division of the world’s outdoor advertising company, JCDecaux. The company is present in over 80 countries worldwide, and thus OneWorld was created as a strategic department to serve clients with multi-market advertising needs, allowing them to access our global portfolio of airport, street furniture and billboards through a single point-of-contact. We are recruiting an International Sales Manager to join the OneWorld Asia team. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES This position will require you to achieve revenue target through the sales of multi-market JCDecaux media products to clients from China and APAC. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and could deal with multiple tasks in parallel, including but not limited to the following: 1.Working either directly with clients or with agencies to grow the business of JCDecaux Asia-based clients in overseas market. 2. Maintain relationships with key accounts in order to increase existing media spend. 3. Prospect and develop new accounts in high-potential industries to achieve revenue targets. 4. Advise brands and agencies on international Out-of-Home media trends and industry best practices, influencing them to adopt market-entry strategies using JCDecaux assets and solutions. 5. Create tailor-made media proposals for multiple markets based on each client’s campaign objectives and present to client and new business prospects. 6. Negotiate on long-term service agreements to simplify the lengthy media procurement process. 7. Centralize communications between local clients and JCDecaux worldwide teams. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 1. Mandatory : Fluent in English & Mandarin (Oral & Written), a 3rd language would be a plus 2. Good to have : Existing portfolio of Chinese clients 3. Minimum 4 years working experience with 3+ years in sales or business development 4. Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on relationship building 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6. Excellent listening, collaboration, negotiation and presentation skills 7. Strong ability to handle multiple projects/activities simultaneously and manage personal and team time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind 8. Proven ability to consistently & positively contribute in a fast-paced environment 9. Experience in negotiating contracts and service agreements 10. Self-driven, goal-oriented with a strong “get things done” mindset 11. Proficient with numbers, strong attention to detail 12. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint & Excel
