1、拓展新客户开发渠道，完成部门销售任务。
2 、新员工入职提供相关业务知识技能培训，帮助新员工融入团队，快速上手开单。
3、风控管理，做好客户的风险管理，账款催收，确保货物与应收账款的安全，降低资金占用，加快货物与资金的周转。
4、团队管理，通过对团队的日常管理，分析把握团队的发展方向与工作思路，跟踪分管团队的目标管理，帮助团队成长。
5、站在公司角度协调处理解决团队异常问题(例如:发货、售后等)，并对问题进行分析总结，提出优化方案，避免异常情况的发生。
