职位描述
YOUR TASKS
1.Recognizing and assessing potential customers and determine target customers;
2.Meeting clients, assisting sales agents with maintaining relationships;
3.Understanding customer needs/technical requirements and providing profound input during the proposal/quotation development;
4.Developing and revising equipment (and upgrade) sales proposals and quotations;
5.Evaluating commercial and technical risks of quotations;
6.Presenting the technical and technological aspects of VON ARDENNE′s equipment as well as the quotations and contracts for negotiation;
7.Supporting the Sales Director and Head of Sales with representative duties and contract negotiation;
8.Representing VON ARDENNE during customer visits, exhibitions and conferences;
9.Reporting (minutes of meetings) and drafting contracts;
10.Taking care of regular sales meetings and training sessions for the internal and external sales organization in China together with the Sales Director and Head of Sales at VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.;

5. 评估报价的商业和技术风险
6. 介绍冯阿登纳设备的技术和工艺,以及报价和合同谈判;
7. 协助销售总监和销售主管履行代表职责并进行合同谈判;
8. 代表冯阿登纳公司拜访客户、参加展会和会议;
9. 报告(会议记录)和起草合同;
10.与冯阿登纳真空设备(上海)有限公司的销售总监和销售主管一起,负责中国区内部和外部销售组织的定期销售会议和培训
YOUR PROFILE
1.Bachelor′s degree or an equivalent qualification;
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales in a foreign or JV company;
3.Deep understanding of corporate strategy and at least one year of experience in plasma technology, vacuum coating or related technologies and applications;
4.Having experience in the photovoltaics business environment (industry, customers, suppliers, competitors) is a plus;
5.Good knowledge of PC hardware and software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, e-Mail);
6. Very good communication skills, good listening skills and an understanding of how to response;
7. Having strategic thinking, faculty of abstraction, confidence, very good negotiation skills, sociability, intercultural competence, readiness to compromise, ability to resolve conflicts and assertiveness.
8.Very good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory for this position; speaking German is a plus;
9.High ability to work independently and without direct support and supervision;
10.Customer-oriented, problem-solving work style;
11.Contributing to the further development of the company in accordance with the requirements of VON ARDENNE;
12.Clean and confident appearance;
13. Establishing and maintaining an excellent corporate image of VON ARDENNE;
14. Travelling is required, both domestically and internationally, up to 60% of the time and overnight.
1. 学士学位或同等学历;
2. 3-5年外资或合资公司销售经验;
3. 对公司战略有深刻理解,在等离子技术、真空镀膜或相关技术和应用领域有至少一年的工作经验;
4. 具有光伏业务环境(行业、客户、供应商、竞争对手)方面的经验者优先;
5. 精通计算机硬件和软件(Microsoft Windows、Microsoft Office、电子邮件);
6. 良好的沟通技巧,善于倾听,了解如何应对;
7. 具有战略思维能力、抽象能力、自信心、良好的谈判技巧、交际能力、跨文化能力、解决冲突的能力和自信心。
8. 良好的中英文口语和写作能力,会说德语者更佳;
9. 独立工作能力强,无需直接支持和监督
10. 以客户为导向,具有解决问题的工作作风
11. 按照冯阿登纳的要求,为公司的进一步发展做出贡献;
12. 外表整洁、自信
13. 树立并维护冯阿登纳的良好企业形象;
14. 需要出差。
