? GM internal knowledge sharing tools related
Recipe APP related
a. Monthly Recipe APP status review
b. Propose and implement activation ideas/programs to inspire usage across Asia Pacific
c. Listen to feedback from users, regularly share best practices among users
d. Work with IT team to adapt new technology to improve user experience
Rich Connections – Global Marketing Portal administrator
a. Work as administrator of Asia Pacific
b. Closely work with Jennifer McGraw from GMW marketing team to feed content as needed
E-STM NPD Planning system, STM, Teambition
a. Manage/analyze NPD projects highlights, and roll out Teambition across GM
? NPD, product information coordination
Monthly Finance system data maintenance
a. NPD innovation type update
b. Other requirements based on needs
o Product information coordination based on requests from local marketers
o Coordinate on local market sample delivery arrangement as required
? Knowledge & best practices sharing
Work with GME markets to ensure top quality and content of GME quarterly marketing report
a. Reach out to local marketing heads for quarterly information request
b. Collect and check information from local markets
c. Consolidate, summarize highlights on trends, NPD and marketing activities and share with GM marketers through Newsletter
Identify global/regional/local market trends through Global Data, Innova and share what’s new, product & technology innovations with GM, feed trends in GMM monthly report
Closely work with GM West/Buffalo team for knowledge sharing
Take ownership on organizing GM conferences/virtual workshops/market visit in terms of admin role
岗位要求：
? Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years marketing experience in food industry, bakery & food service channel experience is a plus. Retail industry experience is also welcome.
? Experience working with many different markets and cultures is a plus.
? Fluent English language skills – speaking and written
? Hands-on, pro-active, anxious to learn new knowledge/skills, passionate on digital tools, strong team working spirit
? Good communication skills
? Computer literacy - PPT, Excel
? Keen interest in working cross-culturally
? A good listener – empathetic and looking to solve problems
? Willing to work in international time zone, ie participate meetings in early morning and at night.
