Responsibilities: (Equipment, HVAC and piping) / (Electrical/BMS)
1. Participate in technical bidding preparation, subcontract technical clarifications during bidding phase;
2. Manage the interface of different contractors and the split of engineer’s responsibility;
3. Track construction management procedure and flowchart;
4. Compile with construction plan and ensure project safety and quality standards to meet or exceed legislated requirements and company policy;
5. Identify and sort out issues through effective coordination with client, vendors, subcontractors;
6. Schedule and lead daily/weekly coordination meetings and construction schedule review meeting;
7. Coordinate with local authorities for construction affairs, like fire fighting acceptance with fire fighting bureau;
8. Trace material delivery schedule and update construction schedule and strategy especially imported or heavy equipment;
9. Audit heavy equipment lifting method statement;
10. Piping construction trace, pressure test package audit(like line check, punch killing, pressure testing, flushing& blowing, reinstatement);
11. System definition jointly with client and construction handover jobs;
12. Monitor system walk down schedule, proactively punch killing progress and clarify punch category and setting dead time;
13. Commissioning support, DCN claim and other remaining work;


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher required from major universities
2. Minimum 7~8 years related working experience
3. Fluent in English, both speaking and written.
4. Must be team player; having collaborative spirit.
5. Must be responsible, mature, self-motivated, positive.
