该职位主要负责对接国内主机厂 - Analyze market capabilities to identify opportunities to improve company‘s competitive position in the China market and oversea market, understand automotive market, cars, projects, main players, etc. - Monitor competitors' product and service enhancement and improvement. Analyze and compare competitor data to make recommendations on marketing and development initiatives. - Develop reports and presentations to articulate a comprehensive view of market position, market opportunity, competitive threats and market trends. - Analyze and evaluate internal and external data to identify customer needs, value perceptions, and product requirements. - Gather external and internal resources to develop new customers/ projects to increase sales turn over. - Smartly and strategically negotiate with customer regarding price decrease performance to keep SPI in line with budget. - Build feasible price decrease proposal for next year budget at the end of each year. - Smartly and strategically negotiate with customer according to the made proposal. - Keep the SPI in line with budget at the end of year. - To understand the payment term, method, process of each customer. - Build the price negotiation schedule and get the price agreement before invoice issue due date. - Alert any potential overdue risk and support finance team to solve the issue to avoid any overdue happens.
Qualifications: - Bachelor degree of engineering is preferred. - Above 3 Years experience in sales position. - Sales experience in auto industry is preferred.
