Key Tasks: To ensure the order in-take is in-line with the business plan. Locate and deliver new business for company product range at Shipyard clients. Deliver on the sales strategy for Marine markets in China. Locate and establish where necessary distribution outlets with prior approval within target market. Provide technical support and training to customers and potential distributors. Provide on-site applications engineering support. Accurately forecast customer and market trends for forward planning. Ensure product-pricing levels in accordance with the company and global structure. Pricing needs to be in-line with Market acceptability (sell the benefits) and ensure an acceptable return for the business profitability. Commercial Negotiations at the highest level within the customer base. Provide sales forecast data to aid the company business planning process. Feedback market trends and technical requirements to the business. Other tasks assigned by the superior. Attainments and Aptitudes Required: Bachelor’s degree qualified Engineering Previous experience in Engineering Sales Environment Previous experience in OEM sales account and distribution management 5 years sales experience in marketing & sales as a minimum. Background of sales in marine industry is preferred. Able to prioritise and managed his/her time effectively. Proactive Excellent presentation skills Strong commercial negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure Engine technology understanding Marine Engineering Background Understanding of Filtration and Fuel / Lubricating Oils Fluent English
