Job Summary: The customer service representative will be primarily responsible for providing customers with a quote, receiving the orders, updating delivery progress and invoicing. Relationships: Direct Manager: Customer Service Manager Functional Supervisor: Essential Responsibilities and Duties: ? Performs administrative functions supporting customer service functions, sales order entries ? Provides monthly status of open orders and follows up with both customers and production ? Maintains record of assets' delivery progress and invoicing ? Interacts with Production/ Buyer/ Planner for follow up of customer orders ? Resolves licensing issues received from customers and record in support database ? Maintains and improves the integrity of the data in the MFGPRO database ? Quote process systematically ? Monitor and improve On-time shipment ? Shipping process improvement ? Order expediting management ? TCC management and compliance Education Background: ? Bachelor ‘s Degree minimum (in Engineering preferred) Previous Experience and Competencies: ?
