岗位职责: 1. Conduct preliminary project planning for the warehouse robot project and carry out various aspects of work, such as collecting robot related requirements/functions;
对仓库机器人项目进行前期项目规划,开展各方面工作,比如搜集机器人相关需求/功能;
2. Based on the characteristics of the project, be able to calculate relevant basic data, such as the daily number of inbound and outbound containers, weight, warehouse area, distance, etc;
针对项目的特点,能计算相关基础数据,每日出入库箱数,重量,仓库面积,距离等;
3. Configure relevant networks and other equipment based on the on-site situation of the warehouse; Check if the warehouse environment meets the requirements of robot project operation, such as building obstruction, ground flatness, shelf load capacity, etc. If not, coordinate with various departments to improve;
4. Actively understand the mainstream models and latest technologies of material box robots in the market, screen the best suppliers, models and quantities, propose preliminary planning plans to the management, and continuously improve the plans;
5. In daily work, operate robots and robot systems correctly to meet daily operational requirements;
机器人项目开始运作后,在日常工作中,须正确操作机器人和机器人系统,满足日常操作要求;
6. If robots don’t work, can be resolved in time or notified to the supplier for maintenance;
如机器人发生故障时能及时解决问题,或通知供应商维护,确保产线不停运;
7. Record on-site feedback issues, analyze and summarize problems, and form a manual;
记录现场反馈问题,分析并总结问题,形成手册;
8. Continuously optimize process plans and actively improve according to customer requirements; 根据客户和公司要求能不断优化流程方案,积极改进;
9. Actively communicate with the logistics department internally and maintain smooth communication with suppliers externally;
对内与物流部积极沟通,对外与供应商保持沟通顺畅;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
完成领导布置的其他任务。
Qualification: 任职资格: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, telecommunications/communication, automation, computer, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in robot design and maintenance;
机械、电信/通讯、自动化、计算机等相关专业,本科以上学历,2年以上机器人设计调试维护相关工作经验;
2. Capable of independently responsible for the application design and debugging of the material box robot/moving robot, is a plus; 能够独立负责料箱型机器人/搬运型机器人应用设计与调试工作,优先考虑;
3. Knowledge AI discipline for Logistics business is a plus;
具备物流业务领域的人工智能科学知识背景的为佳;
4. Proficient in using robot operating systems, familiar with Java, C++programming, etc.; 熟练使用机器人操作系统,熟悉Java, C++等;
5. Possess solid knowledge of mechanical or communication theory, familiar with robot structure, principles, software and hardware systems. 具备扎实的机械或通讯理论知识,熟悉机器人结构、原理、软硬件系统。
6. Good communication and coordination ability and adaptability. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和应变能力。
