Duties and Responsibilities :职责
1. To be responsible for the running and management of toy laboratory, define the test process to make sure the tests are carried out correctly according to the specified requirement. Report lab daily operation to CG SH Operation Director.
负责玩具实验室的运营和管理，规定测试流程以确保测试根据规定的要求正确的实施。将日常实验室运作情况报告给消费品部上海运营总监。
2. Identify the training need of staffs both for quality and technical operation and ensure the implementation.
识别员工质量和技术操作的培训需求，制定培训计划并确保培训计划按时执行。
3. Ensure suitable staff supervision planed and implemented correctly.
确保制定适当的人员监督计划并执行。
4. Organize the lab staff to perform proficiency and comparison tests according to designated plan.
根据制定的计划组织实验室人员参加能力验证和比对测试。
5. Assist the investigation and treatment of the customer complaints. To answer the client query about test procedure, result and technique.
辅助调查和处理客户投诉。处理在测试程序、结果及技术方面问题的询问。
6. Ensure the management document established which is suitable for the running of department. To attend management summary meeting.
确保制定的管理文件适合本部门的运行。参加管理总结会议。
7. Organization of research and development for new test method and items according to the demands of customer. To search and collect technical materials
根据客户的需求组织新的测试方法和项目的研发。为公司收集技术方面的资料。
8. Organize to analyze and take corrective actions to the testing work of laboratory which is identified as non-conformity.
在识别出不符合工作后，宣布暂停或重新启动测试工作。
9. To identify and report the improvement actions and suggestions of laboratory to Director.
识别改进措施和建议，并向总监报告。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验或技术背景，2年以上管理经验。
Bachelor or above, and relevant working experience or technical background for 5 years or above, 2 years above on management experience.
2.擅长写作和口头沟通及人际关系能力
Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3.熟悉实验室的设备，耗材，环境等的相关要求。
Be familiar with the relative standard requirement about the equipment, consumable and environment of test lab.
4.组织能力。
Capability in organization.
5.擅长分析/解决问题以及过程改进。
Be good at problem analyzing, solve and process improvement.
