Job Description ? Be the key contact to communicate seamlessly between customers and global operations team, major area is Asia. ? Build and maintain KAM/ISC/E-commerce customers through relationship management to meet exceeded customers’ expectations. ? Maintain and update customer profile including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), rate file, contact list, etc. ? Prepare regular KPI & performance review QBR, MBR. ? Manage and implement new account/project for KAM/ISC/E-commerce accounts, logistics and transportation network optimization. ? Highly collaborate with local operations and overseas teams, proactively drive operations excellences against committed service levels. ? Initiate and drive continuous process improvements for better productivity and operational performance ? Support commercial team with client visits and promote company’s product. ? Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements: ? University Degree holder or equivalent qualification ? +5 years’ relevant experience in account management field with proven track reference in managing global / key accounts. ? In-depth knowledge and experience with Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management, Contract logistics would be a bonus. ? Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, task-oriented with good knowledge in presentation and negotiation techniques ? Work independently and proficiency efficiency ? Excellent command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese ? Excellent computer literacy of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
