PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Store Openings and Closures: Coordinate and facilitate the opening of new retail stores, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed. Oversee the closure of transitioning stores, managing the process from start to finish. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions during store openings and closures. On-site Support: Provide on-site support to retail stores, assisting with various operational and logistical tasks. Address any urgent issues or challenges that arise at store locations, finding prompt and effective resolutions. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide guidance to store teams. Resource Allocation and Planning: Assess the resource requirements for store openings, closures, and ongoing operations. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies are available as needed. Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource plan to support the mobility needs of our retail stores. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the retail mobility function. Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and streamline operational workflows. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, making adjustments as necessary. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store openings, closures, and related activities. Generate reports and provide insights on key performance indicators, mobility trends, and operational metrics. Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and success. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role. Luxury Fashion/Retail industry experience preferred Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively to support store openings, closures, and operational needs.
