工作任务 Tasks:
1)制定走访计划，根据计划走访客户，完成走访报告；开发所负责区域的新客户、新项目（负责区域为上海），维护所负责区域既有老客户、老项目并进一步拓展新业务，完成销售各项指标；
Making the visit plan,visiting customers accordingly and completing the visit report; developing the new customers and the new projects of the responsible region( main regions is Shanghai), maintaining the old customers and the old projects in the responsible region and expanding ew businese, completing the various targets;
2)为客户提供适合的产品解决方案并提供必要的技术支持，了解竞品方案，在公司系统中创建项目并及时追踪；为客户提供报价及制定适合的商务条款，赢得项目；关注库存和账款；
Offering the proper product as the solution to customer’s application and offering the necessary technical support, acquainting the competitor’s solution, creating the opportunities in the system and tracking them in time; offering the quotation and making the proper commercial items, winning the project; paying attention to the inventory and the AR;
3)和客服团队协作达成客户期望的交期；协调质量和售后团队为客户提供售后服务；定期走访客户，了解客户项目、交付、售后等各方面的需求，确保客户满意；
Collabrating with the customer service team to achieve customer’s wish lead time;coordinating with quality and aftersales service team to offer the aftersales service to customers; visiting customers timely to understand customer’s demand in terms of project, lead time and afterservice etc, ensuring customer’s satisfaction;
4)制定所负责区域销售预测并努力完成，完成公司制定的各项任务；关注竞争对手动态，关注新市场、新应用，销售新产品，扩大公司产品在所负责区域的销售额。
Making the sales forecast of the responsible region and managing to complete it, accomplishing the tasks assigned by the company; paying attention to momentum of the competitor, attention to new market, new application, promoting new products, expanding the sales revenue of the responsible region
岗位要求 Requirements:
1)年龄25-30岁，大学本科学历及以上，性别不限；
Age 25-35 years old, bachelor degree or above, either *** or *** is okay;
2)有制冷、通风、空调、风机电机相关专业背景，或有暖通、新能源等相关行业工作经验的优先考虑；
Those have background of refrigeration, ventilation,air conditioning, fan&motor related majors, or those who have experience in terms of HVAC, new energy, and related segments are preferred;
3)有逻辑地表达观点，能用英文进行书面和口语流利沟通；
Expressing the views logically, communicating in both written and oral English fluently;
4) 性格开朗，自觉工作，责任心强。
With open personality, self-motivated, full of responsibility.
