The Marketing Coordinator manages a wide range of marketing processes and projects. Marketing coordinator supports the China Marketing Manager and interacts with sales, product management, and other marketing team members to ensure that the collateral and other communications projects are executed on time and reflect the SPTLabtech brand accurately. Job Responsibility: 1. The Organization and Teamwork Learn, understand and live the SPTLabtech Values of Customer Focus, Execution, Ownership, Teamwork, Learning, and Passion. 2. Strategy and Planning Obtain basic understanding of market drivers, customer needs, and company growth objectives. 3. Budget / Forecast Keep track of: what is proposed for annual execution, status of whether completed, and track actual spend. 4. Marketing Communications Assisting China Marketing Manager in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities including Product Launches Event execution: tradeshow, roadshow and seminar facilities, logistics, paperwork, etc. Develop and execute measurable online leads generation and nurturing programs using a variety of channels including paid and non-paid media, emails, website, social media, search engine, digital platform collaboration etc. Support content translation and creation include collateral, sales tools, case study, news release, advertising and etc. Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications. 5. Marketing Tools Leverage CRM, GA, and other tools to provide data that measures the effectiveness of all campaigns. Learn and understand our e-Mail tool, webinar technology, and basic web analytics applications. Intimately understand the Lead Management process and act as liaison between Sales and Marketing Understand data structures and be able to help clean and maintain healthy databases. Skills and Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing/Economics/PR is preferred. 2. 3+ years of overall marketing experience required, preferably with experience in digital marketing. 3. Ability in data collecting and analysing and be familiar with website analytics and performance marketing reporting tools (Baidu Analytics, ga, etc.) 4. Ability in using PhotoShop and IIlustrator would be better. 5. A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently, able to multi-task and perform under pressure. 7. Willing to travel. 8. Fluent in written and spoken English.
