PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Store Openings and Closures: ? Coordinate and facilitate the opening of new retail stores, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed. ? Oversee the closure of transitioning stores, managing the process from start to finish. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions during store openings and closures. On-site Support: ? Provide on-site support to retail stores, assisting with various operational and logistical tasks. ? Address any urgent issues or challenges that arise at store locations, finding prompt and effective resolutions. ? Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide guidance to store teams. Resource Allocation and Planning: ? Assess the resource requirements for store openings, closures, and ongoing operations. ? Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies are available as needed. ? Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource plan to support the mobility needs of our retail stores. Process Improvement: ? Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the retail mobility function. ? Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and streamline operational workflows. ? Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, making adjustments as necessary. Documentation and Reporting: ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store openings, closures, and related activities. ? Generate reports and provide insights on key performance indicators, mobility trends, and operational metrics. ? Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and success. REQUIREMENTS ? Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role. ? Luxury Fashion/Retail industry experience preferred ? Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ? Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met. ? Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. ?
