Job Description
The Project Manager – This role extends through both the design and delivery of our projects. You will participate in concept development, design documentation, through construction administration.

The Project Manager ensures the team:

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress performance on all projects within the team
? Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements to designers and internal project members
? Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
? Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during the project
? Interface directly with the client and lead all stages of the project ensuring we are one step ahead of their needs
? Perform risk management to minimize project risk
主要职责：

As our Project Manager, you are proactive, have a knack for forecasting and mitigating problems before they arise and are able to put yourself in the clients’ shoes. As a Project Manager, it is very important that you naturally understand and leverage their strengths to produce the best outcome possible for your team, client, our company and partners.

We are looking for successful candidates:
? Minimum of 5 years project management experience in architecture or interior related industry
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related
? Excellent communication and coordination ability and on-site reporting ability.
? Team player and able to work independently.
