Job description: 1. Process and monitor delivery export orders accurately and timely to ensure the defined customer service levels are met 2. Planning assistance for merchandise as extra efforts 3. Coordinate with inter-company for export order follow-up and problem-solving 4. Manage inventory from abroad to deliver and invoice as per customer request 5. Update full logistics info on ERP timely 6. Coordinate with finance team for order, and logistics payment include L/C, D/P, etc. 7. Produce commercial invoice, packing list per delivery 8. Work on different online portal as per customer request Qualification: 1. Education: Bachelor degree in International Trade, Commercial or Chemistry-related subject or equivalent to appropriate 4-year University degree program 2. Working Experience: More than 3- year experience in customer service, international trade, logistics or planning with basic knowledge of logistics procedures, good understanding of commercial and international trade knowledge. 3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Good computer operation skills. 4. Well understanding of database, online system, and Excel
