Responsibilities

The Project Engineer primarily support the CI Project Director / Manager in
proposal / project execution phase.
*
The Project Engineer looks after all engineering and project related
activities in a supporting role to the Project Director / Manager till the hand
over to the Subsidiary Plant Manager responsible for operation.
*
During the Delivery phase up to Handover to Operations:
a. Coordinate following the project execution plans to ensure overall
performances, as defined during the Handover (Technical Performances, Capex,
budget, schedule, Scope, Risks,...)
b. Assist in management of the overall engineering and procurement schedule
and progress
c. Coordinate of interfaces among client, contractor, supplier and internal
for technical requirements
d. Review and evaluate all deviations from contract and budgets in order to
ensure proper change management
e. Prepare the relevant technical requisition summary and ensure appropriate
supervision and review of the work accordingly
f. Coordinate and support resolution of engineering related issues at site
g. Management of technical issues related to cost effectiveness, schedule,
quality, material selection, etc.

Safety / Quality Assurance / Risk Management/ IMS and general activities
a. Compliance with the requirements of the project specific HSE plan / IMS for
the discipline in the project
b. Ensure all documents are prepared, checked and approved according to
project quality plan
c. Prepare and conduct the capitalization review
Competencies and Profile
*
More than 3 years experience on process/piping of electric gas project
*
Familiar with bulk gas system/process and purifier system
*
Knows well engineer deliverable normal required for process and piping
discipline.
