Job responsibilities:
1. Manage outsourced fleets and carriers, reduce operational costs, improve operational efficiency and service quality;
2. Responsible for daily vehicle scheduling, task assignment, bill generation, and tracking and monitoring the operation of vehicles;
3. Provide project operation plans and manage project operations and cost control;
4. Responsible for cost and operational quality, familiar with operational process optimization;
5. Conduct KPI assessments on carriers, monitor and manage their operational quality, and reasonably avoid operational risks;
6. Responsible for handling anomalies and claims during operation;
7. Responsible for confirming and reviewing abnormal expenses;

Recruitment requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in logistics management, supply chain, etc. is preferred;
2. At least five years of experience in transportation management in logistics enterprises;
3. Understand the characteristics of various vehicles and models; Familiar with the operational characteristics of various business scenarios;
4. Strong communication, coordination, and promotion skills;
