职责：
1.与BU级项目经理和领导MPDE（制造过程开发工程）团队合作，制定项目总体规划，分配任务，审查和监控项目进度并推动相关方，以确保项目成功实施，实现项目成本，时间表和质量目标。
2.同时与工厂团队合作，确保项目在工厂侧顺利启动生产。
3.良好的成本意识，有成本预算把控的能力。
4.该职能或管理团队的其他任务。
要求：
工科或相关专业本科及以上学历，
5年以上汽车行业全流程项目管理经验，熟悉汽车行业项目开发流程、16949体系；
英语读写熟练，prefer口语可工作交流。
1.Work with BU level project manager & lead MPDE(manufacturing process Development engineering) team to develop project master plan, assign tasks, review and monitor projects progress and drive related parties in order to ensure projects successful implementation with achieving project cost, timeline and quality target.
2.Work with plant team at the same time to ensure that the project is launch at plant side for production smoothly.
3.Good cost sense, lead team to achieve product cost and investment through DFM, cost feasibility review from the project beginning and frozen cost before cut steel for tools and machines.
4.Other tasks for the function or from management team.
