Responsibilities 岗位职责 : 1. Coordinating the cross-functional teams to handle and monitor the quality of automotive projects during NPI and MP stage. 协调团队,在NPI与量产阶段处理與監控车用项目的质量相關指標 2. Driving the cross-functional teams to handle the product’s quality issues and provide customer 8D reports if necessary. 推动跨功能团队处理产品质量问题并在必要时提供客户8D报告 3. Automotive customer’s CR(Customer Requirements)/CSR(Customer Specific Requirements) feasibility study 对车用客户的CR/CSR进行可行性评估 4. Regular meeting with the cross-functional teams or customer and report preparation. 定期与团队或客户进行会议与准备报告 5. Coordinate the teams to handle customer visits and audits, including hosting meetings and following up on related matters. 协调团队负责客户拜访和稽核,包括主持会议和跟进相关事项
Requirements 岗位要求: 1. Strong communication skills, leadership and execution. 擅长沟通,领导并具有执行力. 2. Need to communicate with international customers . English communication skills are required. (CET4 or above is a plus) 需与海外客户交流, 英语沟通能力为必须 (CET4 或以上者为佳) 3. Familiar with quality tools such as 8D/5-Why/FMEA/MSA/QC 7basic tools. 熟悉8D/5-Why/FMEA/MSA/QC 7大手法等工具 4. Well process knowledge of the PCBA process or related automotive electronics industry. 具备PCBA或相关车用电子行业的工艺知识 5. 2+ years in automotive related practical experience. (Quality management/practical experience of the IATF-16949/VDA6.3 is a plus.) 具备2年以上车用相关实践经验. (拥有IATF-16949/ VDA6.3实践经验者为佳)
