G. Tasks and authority of the Position
(岗位责任和权限)
1、 Develop marketing plans according to application scenarios and product characteristics, including but not limited to: 根据应用场景和产品特点、制定营销计划，包含但不限于：
Creative videos, articles, displays, according to application scenarios, product selling points, customer concerns and so on.
创意视频、文案、样板展示，按照应用场景、产品卖点、客户关注点等等。
Brochure translation and production (submit content to graphic design).
宣传册翻译和制作（提交内容给平面设计）。
Wechat, Tiktok promotion. (Official IP maintain)
微信，抖音推广。（官方IP打造）
Little Red book, Baidu, Zhihu, Bilibili promotion. (IP creation, keyword positioning, deep community maintenance, master maintenance, etc.)
小红书、百度、知乎、Bilibili推广。（IP打造、关键词定位，深度社群维护、达人维护等等）
2、 Retail customer support, including but not limited to:零售客户支持，包含但不限于：
E-commerce customer website construction, large-scale customer training and exhibition, e-commerce website customer development and monitoring.
电商客户网站搭建、客户大型培训和展示会、电商网站客户开发和监控。
3、 large-scale event support 大型活动支持
Exhibitions, product recommendation meetings, training meetings, etc.

2. Knowledge and skills知识、技能：

? Design scripts and shoot and edit videos.设计剧本和拍摄、剪辑视频
? Marketing skills市场营销技能。
? Education: Bachelor degree or above, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, marketing, related background.学历：本科以上学历，化学、化工、材料、营销、相关背景。
? English: proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing英语：熟练的听说读写
? Proficient in Office operation Office 操作熟练
