Job Responsibilities

？Support sales department for customer activities, promotion and acquisition
of orders, especially for the complicated or new technology in the field of
cybersecurity and software update
？ Evaluate special inquiries, regulation updates, adjust existing services
or develop new service as requested, especially for the complicated or new
technology in the field of cybersecurity and software update
？ Report to upper management regarding but not limit to issues, observations
and suggestions about external and internal environment
？ Provide professional in-house or public training and seminar to external
partners and customers in the field of cybersecurity and software update
？ Provide professional training to internal colleagues in the field of
cybersecurity and software update
？ Provide training to junior engineers and support other colleagues on
qualification and technical knowledge development
？ Provide support and technical supervising for other engineers.
？ Manager all the cybersecurity and software update projects properly
assigned by the company. Ensure the correct implementation of audit, assessment
and testing and preparing of technical and administrative documentation.
？ Implement and manage all project related activities. Ensure the correct
project implementation and document the used service hours in the field of
cybersecurity and software update
？ Proper management of the projects handled. Ensure excellent quality,
lead-time and customer satisfaction.
？ Ensuring the implementation of company quality system.
？ Implement and ensure application of business line or product line policies
and tools.
？ Ensuring effective and efficient communication and cooperation within and
cross departments

Jointly Responsibilities and Duties:
List responsibilities and duties jointly undertaken by job holder and
separate personnel

？ New business development together with competence center and TCC expert group
？ New customer/market development together with sales/marketing team

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor (or above) Engineering in vehicle engineering, electrical and
electronic, software, communication, cybersecurity. etc.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skill
3. A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in automotive cybersecurity for
engineering, audit, consultancy or testing.
4. Familiar with the related standard for cybersecurity, e.g. ISO 27001,
TISAX, ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155...
5. Deep knowledge of IT technology, software development, and functional
safety is a plus.
6. Holding the qualification for ISMS, CSMS, and functional safety is a plus.
7. Strong customer relationship, good market reputation and excellent
customer service.
