Main Objectives : The product compliance performs various functions, which primarily involves ensuring product safety and compliance regulatory requirements or standards in the Sanitary industry for both V&B and Nahm brands in the APAC region where the products are sold.
Main Position Tasks :
1. Research, analyze and communicate the safety and compliance requirements relating to current products, new product categories, and expansion of Sales to new countries in APAC
2. Take part in product development projects to make certain that safety, regulatory, and agency requirements are recognized and satisfied in APAC. Be responsible for the certification process with support of PD team.
3. Take part in Product Quality Risk Assessments projects to spot and quantify safety and compliance risks, and develop mitigation plans & Support the investigation and problem solving for safety or compliance issues
4. Provide / update the ‘technical’ information & problem-solving for both VB and Nahm brand for internal and external customers in a proactive manner
5. Work cross-functionally with APAC team (PM/QA/PD/GDP/Purchasing/..) and HQ (Product compliance/ TQM/..) to align on processes, and problem solving. Besides, manage and plan the product compliance budget for APAC region.
Required Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences – in Chemical or Material engineering or similar majors
Type and length of necessary job experience :
3 - 5 years of experience in TQM/ Product Compliance/ PD in Sanitary industry
Specific Knowledge :
Excellent in inter-personal & communication & coordination cross-functionally and cross-countries/regions. Problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English in speech and writing
Good in MS-office (excel and power point)
