Job Purpose:Supporting Quality Manager to maintain and improve quality and food safety management systems, technical document management, production license update, deal with after-sale service and customer complaint. Job Scope:Quality Management System, Technical Documents, Production License and After-sale Service/ Customer Complaint. Key Responsibilities 主要职责: -Ensure ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC22000, Halal and Kosher maintenance and improvement. Quality Documents maintain and file. -Production license update independently -Deal with Quality Complaint and make related investigate together with manufacturing department. -Set up, maintain and update technical documents (procedures and records) -Registration of products. -Renew of production license. -Food export manufacturing registration. -Arrange the internal and external audits from the third parties, government and customers. -Timely prepare necessary documents according to customers’ needs and communicate with customers for issues solving. -Support on on-site inspection/procedures implementation and NPD processes. -Monthly and yearly statistics report. Job Specification岗位要求: -Bachelor in food science subject. -Experience of quality and food safety management system establishment and maintenance. -Experience of dealing with customer complaints. -At least 3 years working experience in food manufacturing plant. -Familiar with quality and food safety management systems, such as ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC22000, Halal and Kosher etc. -Improve quality and food safety management systems by complaint and quality issue. -Familiar with basic physical-chemical/microbe test and inspection for food and material. -Familiar with handling customer complaint. -Familiar with manufacturing license regular renew. -Communication and cooperation. -Complaint management. -Result and Customer oriented.
