Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for integrating maritime procurement needs in Greater China and maintain the relationship with some overseas offices & agents.
2. Responsible for collecting and sorting out the information of shipping capacity, traffic volume and freight rate of relevant routes, and conducting regular research and analysis of airline development trend, market competition dynamics and freight rate.
3. Responsible for screening, signing and routine maintenance of container liner suppliers in the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia and Africa routes; responsible for negotiating and signing tariff contracts with the company's core carriers to reduce tariff procurement costs.
4. Responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining relations with various shipowners.
5. Completed and analyzed procurement data regularly and adjusted procurement strategies timely.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years experiences in ocean freight procurement or product role.
2. Experienced in handling carrier prepaid contract in India, Middle East and Red Sea trade lane is preferred.
3. Have logical analysis ability and digital freight forwarding supply chain service awareness, high sensitivity to freight rates.
4. Familiar with common office software, strong communication skills, proficient in English reading and writing.
5. Outgoing personality, good at communication with shipping companies or co-loaders.
6. Capability of resisting certain work pressure.
