工作任务 Tasks:
1. 根据依必安派特图纸和技术要求开发合适的物料及供应商
Responsible for sourcing qualified materials/suppliers based on technical drawing/requirement of ebm-papst;
2. 根据公司策略实施和优化供应商库和采购策略（机械件）
Develop/optimize supplier strategy(mechanical ) according to the company strategy;
3. 负责机械件的成本分析，限定商品基准分析
Cost analysis for mechanical parts, and benchmark analysis for defined commodity;
4. 负责机械件的采购成本模型开发
Cost model development for mechanical parts;
5. 与研发部门紧密合作，负责本地化产品开发、供应商选择、技术规格讨论、价格谈判、样本零件释放流程、追踪项目达成情况等。
Cooperate with local R&D team for local design product development, responsible for supplier selection, technical discussion, price negotiation, sample release process, project schedule tracking.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 德国留学背景，本科及以上学历，机械或电气工程相关工科专业
Study abroad in Germany, bachelor or above degree, technical major in mechanical, electrical or engineering relevant;
2. 德国工业公司至少2-3年项目采购或产品研发等相关经验，具备机械（压铸、冲压类）相关知识，且具有回国工作的意愿
At least 2-3 yrs working experience in area project purchasing or R&D background in German industrial company, mechanical (die casting/stamping) knowledge is must to have, with wiliness to return to China for work.
3. 技术背景，逻辑性强，有较强的项目管理能力
Strong logic and technical mind set, with superior ability in project management;
4. 良好的沟通及谈判技巧，具有商务意识
Good communication skill and negotiation skill, with commercial sense;
5. 结果导向，高效协作且抗压，学习意愿强且勤奋踏实
Result-driven, work efficient and be cooperative, can work under pressure, eager to learn, persuasive and diligent.
6. 英语流利，德语可作为工作语言
Fluent English(both oral and written), German as working language;
7. 熟练使用办公软件
MS skill is required;
