Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
Define mechanical parts assembly process according to drawings, then standardize it by releasing SOP and training production team.
制定机械部件装配工艺方法，完成标准作业指导书和培训以指导员工正确装配
Optimize manufacturing process by work study and ECRS.
实施机械部件装配工作研究，优化作业顺序和方法，以改善装配工艺
Tooling design for production
装配工装工具的设计及选型以完成工艺改进工作
Lead or support Lean/automation/digitalization project implementation
领导或支持生产相关的精益/自动化和数字化项目实施实施
Analyze and improve quality issues in production process
参与分析生产过程中的质量问题，采取措施实施质量改进
Responsible for process audit and corrective actions, to improve production quality
组织实施工艺审核并协调改进行动，以提高产品装配质量
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety and energy requirements to achieve the company's annual EHS and sustainable development goals.
确保遵守环境、健康、安全及能源相关规定，达成公司的年度EHS及可持续发展目标。

SAP operation熟悉SAP的操作，特别是工艺路线和工时管理
Good command of written and oral English具备良好英语听说读写能力
Software operation ( Office and CAD) 熟练应用办公自动化及CAD软件
Catia/ Inventor/ Solid works 三维设计软件基础
Education Background 教育背景：
Bachelor degree or above全日制大学本科或以上学历
Major in: Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Welding, Mechatronics, Automation工业工程，机械工程，焊接，机电一体化，自动化等相关专业
Work Experience工作经验：
More than 8 years’ working experience in related field 八年及以上相关工作经验
Preference: Escalator or heavy industrial work experience 电梯行业及重工行业工作经验者优先
