Lead site kaizen to achieve significant breakthrough and high engagement 领导公司Kaizen以取得显著的改善突破和高员工参与度 3. Lead and improve the level of ADSH visual factory and 5S management 领导和提高ADSH可视化工厂和5S管理水平 4. Lead ideas program for high quality follow up and engagement. 领导合理化建议项目,确保高质量的跟进和参与 5. Deliver lean training like VSM/5S/TPM/Kaizen etc. and practice as a model for the employee 提供VSM/5S/TPM/Kaizen等精益培训,并自身作为员工的工作榜样。 6. Support culture work stream activities to perfect the system of Best practice sharing and Lesson learn & Recognitions program. 支持文化工作流的活动,完善最佳实践分享和经验教训学习与认可系统。
任职条件Qualifications: (该职位任职者所需具备的成功要素/ Key success factors the job holder should have) 1. Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历 2. At least 3~5 years work experience in manufacture management or continuous improvement, background in medical is preferred; 至少3~5年制造管理或持续改进工作经验,有医疗背景者优先 3. Rich experience in Lean Manufacturing, the background of yellow/green belt certification is preferred. 丰富的精益生产经验,有黄绿带认证背景者优先 4. Good in oral and written English 良好的英语沟通和书写能力。 5. Be positive and passion, professional to lean tools and system, willing to share, good communication. 积极、热情,对精益工具和系统专业,乐于分享,良好的沟通能力 6. Be good at lean kaizen event such as 5S / line balance/ TPM / SMED 擅长精益改善活动,如5S /生产线平衡/ TPM / SMED 7. Have team spirit and good performance under pressure; 具有团队合作精神和抗压能力; 8. Have strong responsibility and good ability on communication and coordination. 责任心强,有良好的沟通协调能力。
