Job Tasks 1. Collaborate with regional/national BD team and handle sales lead properly. 2. New business development with focus on assigned accounts and meet objectives and budget on new business gain. 3. Work on RFQ/RFP responses, manage the bid process and work closely with tender team. 4. Manage and develop customer relationships, develop growth strategy for customer. 5. Conduct contract negotiation and renewal with customer. 6. Monitor customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities 7. Manage customer escalations, incl. requirements, concerns, complaints and service issues, and work with operation/product team in developing resolutions. 8. Conduct regular business review with assigned customers for continuous service improvement. 9. Conduct analysis on customer’s P&L and KPIs to identify focus area for improvements, provide regular updates to sales head to facilitate developing strategic account development plan.
Job Requirements 1. At least 5 years relevant working experience 2. Strong business negotiation ability 3. Strong organization, coordination, and problem-solving ability 4. Proficient written and read in English, smooth oral English
