Main Responsibilities: 1. Commissioning and troubleshooting on 4-stroke engine& external system including SAT on board and performance test according to IPI. 2. Site technical supervisor to provide technical assistant in auxiliary equipment installation based on our own delivery scope and commissioning preparation, fully function check before power on. 3. Software programming for machine function, the user interface to the UNIC system. 4. Work with PM&PE and customer to conduct site commissioning in a well manner and achieve customer satisfaction. 5. Perform external RCS& AMS& PMS operation function beside our engine according to instruction manual. 6. Identify failures, tunning and make solutions during sea trial run. 7. Responsible for providing customer training in product operation, maintenance. 8. Site supervisor to guide CWEC support team members complete NCR& Maintenance work successfully and safely. 9. Coordinate with all order follow-up related mechanical engineer, help your partner if need. 10. Support for QC team in quality issue root cause analysis if there is any, report in SMS. 11. To ensure that the Shipyards follow Wartsila standards and guidelines thoroughly. 12. Prepare and continuous optimize internal FAT& external SAT testing procedure/protocols including testing evaluation criteria, training material and commissioning competence matrix. 13. Provide commissioning& service reports in English after job completely, save related operation data and necessary pictures in your finishing report package. 14. Comply and follow with CWEC’s work instruction and safety guideline during daily operation activity, use PPE in proper way. 15. Employee has right to stop work if found any unsafe or hazard observation, report to your supervisor and write “near miss” in Tell. 16. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: 1. Marine Diesel engine electrical commissioning or maintenance experience with 4 stroke diesel engines is a must 2. Shipyard, Engine maker or Ship Owner experience is seen an advantage 3. A Junior college degree or above in Electrical or Automation Engineering is desired. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position is required. Experience in Automotive or Ship industries is a plus. 4. Able to travel for longer and shorter periods, inside and outside China 5. Must have marine control and automation systems knowledge 6. Preferred Gas engine technology knowledge 7. Preferred knowledge of generators and AVR 8. Preferred Electrical HV certificate 9. Must be able to read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation and function test 10. Good in oral& written in English, be able to communicate in English is must 11. Skills to understand instruction manual and drawings 12. Structured thinking and problem- solving oriented approach 13. Be able to handle pressure and make decision independently when required 14. Negotiation and team working skills
