JOB PURPOSE：
Machine tester is a critical position within machines manufacturing team, and it is important for a tester to verify, tune the machine to make sure it is conforming to all safety standards while the performance and functions are meeting requirement from design and customer expectation.
It is also key for a tester to follow guidelines and checklist to conduct work and make sure the job is delivered within the required time frame and maintaining the highest quality. Another critical part of this job is asking the candidate to be highly self-disciplined and paying attention to very details.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SUCCESS METRICS：
1 Safety test/confirmation for a new machine
2 Tune the machine performance to be within spec
3 Confirm and verify the customer specials
4 Take lead in troubleshooting when the machine being tested is in problem
5 System integration for a new machine with a new application
6 Able to learn quickly to master new test procedures, able to train the junior test technicians and provide support and guidance to them
7 Take lead in the communication with Bolton test team.
8 Assist in the preparation of procedural documentation and checklists, gather performance data and keep test records
9 Familar with injection molding process (PET…)
10 Fulfill performance objectives agreed with team leader during annual performance review

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 Junior college or university degree in Electromechanical relevant major
2 Machine testing or maintenance related working experience.( Injection Machine’s experience is preferred)
3 Fresh graduate student with high potential and willing to learn is considerable
4 Shift work acceptable
