Responsibilities 1. Familiar with the business process of shipping customers, 2. Familiar with the relevant operating procedures of various shipping companies, 3. Take the initiative to establish a good relationship with customers. Handle customer complaints and other professional issues and cooperate with relevant departments to investigate; Summarized and analyzed all kinds of problems, and was responsible for building a team with service priority, rapid response and high quality, 4. Participate in the formulation of relevant operation processes of the department and standardize business operation processes, 5. Assign and follow up team work reasonably, 6. Have certain experience in market reflection and promotion, fully explore and feedback customer needs to cooperate with relevant departments
Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. More than 5 years of marine export operation or customer service experience in team management roles with 1st level booking agent background. Shipping company booking background is preferred.Experience of dangerous goods or special container is preferred. Pan-European route is preferred (FCL sea export). 3. Fluent English writing and speaking skills, and can communicate very well with foreign agents by email or telephone. 4. Excellent customer service awareness, positive sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure. 5. Quick learner 6. Able to provide on-the-job trainings to team members, and able to allocate assignments to team members and manage their daily performance.
