Walmart is looking for a smart and ambitious strategic channel development consultant to join its China team based in Shenzhen. The objective of this role is to deliver new business growth and maximize the development of external strategic partnerships. Expanding and maintaining external strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to recruiting and launching retailers on Walmart's global third-party marketplace. Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. This role provides ample opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment. Responsibilities 1. Planning and managing the development & engagement plan with for external strategic partnerships, by leveraging the internal stakeholders. 2. Initiating and managing projects with both internal and external stakeholders to maximize business impact and build sustainable relationship with stakeholders for business development. 3. Monitor, track and analyze related data and policies to provide strategic insights for internal plan making. 4. Engaging and reviewing the business with Walmart global teams with a regular cadence. . Basic Qualifications 1. 5+ years’ experience in related role. 2. Bachelor’s degree or above. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. 4. Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work. 5. Passion for customers and high attention to details. 6. Strong data analysis capability 7. Customer orientated Preferred Qualifications 8. Cross-Border eCommerce experience. 9. External Partnerships management experience.
