Principal Accountabilities: 1. Develop and implement a business development plan for the China market according to the guideline of Commercial Manager. 2. In time report the competitive landscape and stay up to date on trends/changes within the industry. 3. Act as the local business coordinator and info contributor to the Asia Region and Global Nonwoven team to support business growth and development. 4. Develop and maintain customer relationships with key downstream customers. This includes necessary travels to external customers. 5. Follow company’s branding strategy to partner with brand and retailers. Closely working out the co-branded program with Regional Marketing Communication team. 6. Develop new BD opportunities and report the update in CRM and Commercial Manager. 7. Provide marketing support including trade show and event activities, promotion, pre- and after sales activities. Skills/Knowledge/Experience: 1. University degree (preferred in nonwoven studies / paper manufacturing / textile engineering/,marketing) 2. 3 years or above experience of Sales, Marketing & Business Development in the hygiene or cosmetic company 3. Knowledge of relevant production, processing technologies and end use applications. Having a good connection and network of hygiene or cosmetic brand and retailers in China 4. Chinese and English language is compulsory 5. Multicultural sensitivity, enthusiasm, team player, logical thinking and collaboration with speed; 6. Familiarize with CRM, PC and project analysis skill set 7. Willingness to take challenge in a matrix organization
