Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support for customer project IP integration.
· Manage customer IP projects, coordinate cross-functional departments, allocate resources, and ensure project progress according to the schedule.
· Take charge of issue tracking during the IP project development phase, follow up on problem resolution, and ensure timely closure.
· Be responsible for creating documentation related to new IPs, ensuring document accuracy and completeness.
· Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

3) 负责IP项目开发阶段的问题列表，问题追踪，按时结案.
4) 能胜任新IP有关文件的编制，并对文件的准确性、完整性负责.
5) 完成上级领导交待的其他工作。

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as integrated circuits, microelectronics, optoelectronics, telecommunications, or computer science.
· Solid theoretical knowledge of electronic circuits and transistors, with expertise in IC design processes, methods, and tools, and familiarity with the integrated circuit manufacturing process and technology.
· Three or more years of experience in IP or IC design.
· Strong English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to proficiently read English materials and write technical specifications, design, and test reports.
· Excellent data analysis skills and a clear and systematic thought process.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork to facilitate project progress, integrate project resources, and optimize products.
1) 集成电路，微电子，光电，通信，计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历.
2) 具有电子电路和晶体管之理论基础，掌握 IC设计流程、方法及工具，熟悉集成电路制造过程及工艺.
3）三年以上IP或IC设计经验
4) 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能熟练阅读英文资料并能撰写技术规范，设计和测试报告.
5) 优秀的数据分析能力和清晰严谨的思路.
6) 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协同意识，协助项目过程推动，整合项目资源与产品优化。
